If you ordered more than one product, it’s very likely that they will be shipped separately as our products are made by various partners. You should receive a tracking number for each item as they are shipped, so please check the tracking status for your missing item. Making sure you are happy with your items is of utmost importance to us. So returns and refunds are offered up to 14 days after the confirmed delivered date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We try to process our orders fast to ensure they arrive to you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible. However, if we’re lucky enough to cancel in time, we’ll process your refund right away.
